Balls Hake Stuffed Salmon Stuffed

home a piece of fresh salmon was not enough for the whole family and was turning to head to see what use could give. As always we usually do in charge of cooking in these cases, I glanced into the freezer and refrigerator. In the freezer I found a package of hake fillets, skinless and boneless frozen, and in the fridge I saw that were open a few jars of pickles and capers to spend half that he had used to cook the missing piece of salmon (baked with tartar sauce). Well, with these ingredients and little else left a great dish to share with you and also recommend.



balls Ingredients: (for four people, calculating two or three balls each)
  • 1 kg of frozen hake skinless 1 egg spine
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped parsley
  • Sal
  • 400 Grs. Salmon skin and bones
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon chopped capers
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh chives
For frying:
  • egg, beaten breadcrumbs
Ingredients for the sauce:
  • 100 ml. Cooking Nata
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard or coarse mustard 2 tablespoons
  • White Vermouth 1 cup of fish stock (I did with a piece of fish avecrén)

Prepared

in a pan that can go into the fire mix well with vermouth cream and mustard, add the fish stock gradually. Salted and put over low heat letting it thickens (10-15 minutes). Reserve and keep warm.

Chop separately
hake and salmon in the chopper and placed in different bowls.

The hake minced salt we add the minced garlic, parsley and egg. Mix and set aside.

A bite of salmon we add all other ingredients and also reserve


We take a generous portion of minced hake and crushed a little, put on it some of the chopped salmon and turn to meet with another of hake. This give a ball the size of individual taste (I would form the size of a peach)

When we all made the pass by the beaten egg and bread crumbs and fry in hot oil.

Serve with mustard sauce.

Note: You can serve baked potato, salad or whatever you prefer.
I went with grilled mushrooms wrapped in a layer of grilled eggplant also. I put a little melted cheese over and grill for a few moments in the oven.
