Ingredients:
• 1 Nice list (this weighed 1.800 kg.)
• 4 large potatoes cut into slices
• 2 large onions cut into slices

6 cloves garlic • 2 tablespoons vinegar
• Salt • Olive Oil
Preparation: Put
to sauté in a little oil, potatoes and onions with a pinch of salt. Remove and dump in a baking tray.
Remove the beautiful head, the guts (I reserve the roe and liver because I like), and the backbone leaving it open.
Place it over the potatoes and onions.
Salar, pour over it a few drops of oil in the oven at about 20 minutes at 180 º.
