Tuna is good in any way to be prepared, whenever you have the time just to be done and not forget. The last tuna is dry and hard, nothing to see when it is ready.
I made this recipe with roasted red pepper and then fried with onions. The truth that was very delicious.
Ingredients (4 people)
- 4 tuna loin fillets coarsely chopped 5

- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon paprika

First roast the peppers. To this preheated oven to 200 º.
We place the whole peppers on a tray and sprinkle with a little oil. Bake half an hour, until toasted by some places.
removal, cover the tray with a cloth and leave to cool and temper. With this action we make steaks and easier to peel.
We heat the oil and brown them in it the garlic cloves. Remove them, we dump into the mortar and set aside.
In same oil sauté the onions that we will cut into julienne strips. Add a little salt so as not to brown and are tender and hold until the point.
While the onions are done clean the skin and seed peppers, reserving the juice which have shed. Cut them into strips and incorporate it with the onion and fried minced garlic and paprika. We
few laps, strain the juice from the peppers and add it too.
We leave everything to the fire until all the liquid is consumed.
Rectified then salt, we added the minced garlic and minced parsley and place the tuna loin steaks.
